House Rules:The golden rule is to respect the place and the neighbors. It is therefore imperative not to make too much noise so as not to disturb the neighbors! (it's a quiet area so needs to respect it) Never smoke inside.( there is a nice terrasse for smoke) Failure to comply with the above-mentioned golden rule will result in your stay being terminated immediately, with no possibility of a refund. There's a water shortage in Barcelona. So please control your consumption while respecting the environment.
